Project Management
Reliability and performance are fundamental principles of all of our projects. From start to finish, AFI is committed to providing our clients with comprehensive services that are both effective and efficient. Starting with project initiation, we work closely with our clients to develop a co-ordinated strategy and organized timelines. Throughout all phases of construction, our strict quality and performance controls ensure projects are co-ordinated and well executed. This includes routine planning meetings with our clients, project timeline updates and weekly status briefings. At AFI, we are committed to only the highest standards of service excellence and leadership.
Safety and Training
An integral component of all of our operations, employee safety education and training plays a vital role in our quality assurance program. At AFI, we are committed to the highest standards of health and safety compliance. All of our employees undergo mandatory Occupational Health and Safety training and routine operational skills development. As part of our Safety Management System (SMS), this includes both in-class theory and on-site, practical training, as well as annual currency re-certification. At AFI, our commitment to safety includes having a full-time Health & Safety Co-ordinator on staff who is responsible for conducting routine site visits, safety talks, job-site inspections and safety audits throughout the year. Ensuring our health and safety practices not only meet government and industry requirements, but exceeds them.
